Returns
At Aurexal, we value customer satisfaction. We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
You are eligible for a return if:
The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition
The product is returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is provided

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Used, worn, or damaged products (unless received damaged)
Items returned after the 7-day return period
Products purchased during clearance or sale (if mentioned on the product page)
Customized or made-to-order items (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Clear photos or videos of the item
Your order number
We will review the request and offer a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing time may take up to 15 business days, depending on banks and payment providers.
Fees & Return Shipping
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
Aurexal is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments. We recommend using a trackable courier service.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been processed or shipped.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated under the return policy.
